The role :
As the Global eCommerce & Digital Marketing Leader, you will spearhead our digital strategy, oversee a talented team, and optimize revenue growth through innovative digital channels.

* Channel Performance : Drive innovative digital strategies, enhance our online presence, and maximize revenue growth through digital channels to achieve targets.
* Team Leadership : Lead a diverse team in eCommerce operations, customer service, digital marketing, and marketplace strategies across Australia, USA, and beyond. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring team success through effective leadership and continuous feedback.
* Digital Transformation : Drive initiatives to enhance online presence, optimize customer experience, and maximize ROI through SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
* Marketplace Management : Develop Amazon marketplace strategies with agency support to drive sales growth globally.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with retail, sales, and product teams to integrate omni-channel best practices and achieve business goals.
What You Bring :
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* 8+ years of proven leadership in eCommerce with a strong track record in revenue scaling.
* Expertise in digital marketing, UX / UI, SEO, CRO, and analytics.
* Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, AP21).
* Strong analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics, PowerBI, etc.
