Office Administrator (Part-time) required to cover maternity leave for a well-established IT company based in the Worthing area.
The successful candidate will handle various office roles including quote & purchase order management, liaising between internal departments and customers to ensure smooth daily operations. Additional duties may involve project coordination and diary management.
Position Overview:
* Management of contract renewals & quotations
* Sending reminders to customers for upcoming deadlines
* Scheduling technician visits and managing diaries
* Liaising with customers and suppliers to coordinate schedules
* Organising licensing procurement and activation
* Managing client requests and escalating issues as needed
* Providing quotes where required
* Explaining technical matters clearly to non-technical users
* Assisting with deliveries and stock control
* Onboarding new customers and customer handovers
Position Requirements:
* Exceptional written and spoken English with attention to detail
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Confident, professional, and a strong team player
* Highly self-motivated
Position Remuneration:
* Salary: £23,000 – 24,000 (Pro-rata)
* Hours: Either 5 days a week 10-2 pm or 3 days a week 9-5 (flexible for the right candidate)
