Do you have 1-2 years of experience in a performance-driven entry level role? If so, this is an amazing opportunity to help grow an influencer and affiliate program for a skincare brand (Dermatica). Reporting directly to the Senior influencer Manager, the successful candidate will cultivate strategic relationships and optimise funnel performance based on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) ratios. Responsibilities Manage influencer partnerships across our gifted, affiliate and paid channels. Manage a UK influencer and affiliate program to achieve ambitious growth targets. Responsible for the performance of the influencer and affiliate channels against LTV/CAC targets. Report on channel performance, key insights and recommendations on a weekly/monthly basis. Able to apply a data-driven and pragmatic approach to optimise all stages of the influencer funnel, including discovery, outreach, negotiation, briefing, reporting, and nurturing strategic relationships. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with influencers, external agencies, and internal stakeholders, nurturing a network that supports the achievement of program objectives. Over time, initiate creative experiments, formulating hypotheses, rigorously analysing results, and methodically documenting outcomes. Experience A minimum of one years experience in a B2C performance based influencer marketing role. Experience in a performance driven role working towards ambitious targets and activating partnerships against key target metrics to drive meaningful revenue. Strong verbal and written communication skills and is fluent in English. Strong negotiation skills enabling successful influencer partnerships and experience of working against budgets. In depth knowledge and understanding of the UK influencer market. Proficient in excel or google sheets with a strong capacity to glean valuable insights from data. Comfortable working with large quantities of data and has the knowledge and experience to make decisions in scenarios where data is limited. Experience using AWIN or similar affiliate platforms.
