Key Responsibilities
1. To deliver good PE lessons which are safe, engaging and fun for pupils of the Academy, whilst developing the ability of all pupils and improving their performance.
2. To work at all times within the requirements of the safeguarding regulations appropriate at the time.
3. To ensure inclusivity in the sports provision within the Academy, identifying individual needs so that participation is meaningful for all pupils.
4. To uphold a responsible, professional manner with colleagues, pupils and parents at all times.
Pay range: NJC SCP 2-3 - £23,656.00 - £24,027.00
Qualifications And Skills
1. GCSE Maths and English grade 4-9 (A-C) or equivalent.
2. NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in relevant discipline or willingness to work towards.
3. Safeguarding/Prevent qualification or willing to work towards.
4. To deliver consistent, high-quality PE lessons across the whole school.
5. Collaboration - Working with and through others to deliver your work.
