They support the Pharmacy Deployment Managers and Specialists to deliver the region's services and commercial plans, right first-time planning, and all communication within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This is an exciting opportunity to join the pharmacy deployment team. The Pharmacy Deployment Assistant plays a vital role in supporting out stores and pharmacist every day. Tasks and key responsibilities of the role: Publishes and books all locum shifts Supports with last minute gaps and changes to find solutions to minimize cost Delivers accurate, right first-time planning to the core plans and additional services agreed by the Pharmacy Deployment Manager Creates contingency plan for any outstanding gaps or sickness in line with agreed plan for Area Managers Supports with admin for the Locum Management system Follows Model Day every day to deliver right first and on time governance Plans all training in line with regions plan to maximise opportunities and cost Follows agreed process when compliance issues are brought to their attention with locums Delivers better than SLA (Service Level Agreements) for deployment mailboxes Is a team player and support colleagues, and is engaged to deliver the company plan What you’ll need to have Role model for great customer and colleague care Excellent attention to detail Brilliant communicator Confident with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel It would be great if you also have Pharmacy Advisor equivalent (or higher) qualification Our benefits Boots Retirement Savings Plan Discretionary annual bonus Generous employee discounts Enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave pay and gift card for anyone expecting or adopting a child Flexible benefits scheme including holiday buying, discounted gym membership, life assurance, activity passes and more.
