Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and facilities by performing various maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly
2. Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing plumbing, and fixing electrical circuits
3. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other tools
4. Coordinate and oversee maintenance projects, including managing contractors if necessary
5. Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
6. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in industrial maintenance with knowledge of electrical systems
2. Familiarity with low voltage and high voltage systems
3. Ability to use tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and logic controllers
4. Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery
5. Project management skills to oversee maintenance projects effectively
6. Leadership qualities to guide maintenance staff when needed
