Job summary
As the Business Support Administrator you willwork within the Business Support team, providing administration support to arange of functions whilst taking on other tasks to support the smooth runningof the charity. Some areas you will support in are (but notlimited to) facilities, IT and compliance.You will be producing accurate records, logs and schedules, maintainspecific databases, co-ordinate the business support functions and servicecontracts such as telephones, alarm, IT cleaning and more.

Job responsibilities
To develop an understanding of key services with which Catalyst Supportworks closely
To ensure the maintenance of accurate, up-to-date records of all businesssupport records including suppliers and contractors, and to ensure that theyare kept in order and are easily accessible to whoever has the need andauthority to see them.
To develop and maintain appropriate and efficient office systems includingtracking contract renewals, termination information and sourcing appropriatealternatives if required.
To be responsible for supporting and coordinating servicecontracts telephone, alarm, IT, cleaning in conjunction with the LineManager
To develop and maintain processes for data and information storageand prepare statistical data and reports as required.
To support and maintain the online filing system for businesssupport documentation as required
To support the development, implementation and maintenance of thebusiness support handbook
To support and deliver the distribution and allocation of employeeequipment, for recycling/upcycling purposes
To support the provision of Personal Protective Equipmentincluding ordering and distribution when required
To support and maintain the purchase records of equipment andequipment asset register
Develop office systems to ensure the department is efficient andeffective.
To support reception duties with visitors to the office whenrequired
To support in rooms bookings across various locations
Assisting with the preparation, notation and scheduling ofmeetings
To undertake other appropriate tasks as outlined by the LineManager

Experience
Essential
1. Previous administration or business support experience
2. Good communication skills both written and verbal
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and some experience with PowerPoint
4. Good attention to detail
5. Able to work adhere to processes whilst prioritising and managing own workload
6. Able to demonstrate a positive solution orientated and flexible approach to you work
7. Caring and empathic nature
