We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join a growing team. As a property manager, you would take responsibility for all aspects of the property, which could include:
* Accomplish financial objectives by overseeing forecasting requirements, annual budget, scheduled expenditures and analysing variances, then initiating corrective action.
* Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with contractors & maintenance services.
* Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
* Secures property by contracting with security patrol service, installing, and maintaining security devices, establishing, and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies.
* Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
* Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
* Accomplishes organisation goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
* Keeping up to date with changes in the law related to lettings.
* Keeping good records of property repairs.
* Adhering to company procedure and protocols.
Skills, interests, and qualities
As a property manager, you will need:
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills
* Familiarity with applicable property laws and regulations
* High level of organisation and attention to detail
* Competence with office management software
* Professionalism
* Internal communications
* The ability to make good working relationships with a wide range of people
* The ability to work under pressure
* Full clean driving licence is essential
Salary £24,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience.
