Role Requirements
• Ensure complaints and enquiries are closed in a timely manner to contribute towards 90% and 75% respectively D+1 target
• Support Quality assurance monitoring and provide feedback and coaching
• Responsible of keeping the operational team informed and up to date with all communications to include changes/updates and their current position
• Arranging and managing in-day tactical involvement with Complaints and Enquiries by working closely with the operational team and lead delivery partners to ensure speedy and thorough investigations and closures.
• Ensure that the team are adhering compliantly to the regulated complaint process as set out in OFGEM's Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGS)
• Understanding customer insights from completing regular root cause analysis, to drive improvement and reduction in the overall complaints and enquiries received, allowing for a better overall customer satisfaction score.
• Written Communications: Sound letter writing skills, and ability to adapt language to converse with all levels via email.
• Sound communication skills, the ability to converse with different levels across the business and all stakeholders.
• Presentation Skills: Prepares presentation content of a professional standard with little support.
• Microsoft software: Advanced excel, Microsoft, Power point, outlook.
• Ability to learn and understand new systems
• Ability to work under extreme pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous Utility experience (preferred)
• Excellent telephone manner (essential)
• Ability to work with minimum supervision (essential)
• Highly Organized with an Administration background
• Full clean UK driving licence.
• Negotiation & Facilitation: Articulates point of view with internal/ external stakeholders, achieving positive outcome.
• Risk Management: Able to identify potential risks to project and escalate appropriately
• Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive

• Must be customer focused by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
