CRM Executive Overview
Our client is currently seeking a CRM Executive to help businesses that offer family-oriented services connect with their target audience. The role focuses on developing long-term customer relationships by leveraging CRM tools and data to create targeted communications and campaigns. You'll work closely with the marketing team to enhance customer engagement through email, SMS, push notifications, and more.
CRM Executive Role and Responsibilities:
1. To build, maintain, map, and monitor relations with clients and prospective clients in the south coast's attraction space.
2. To be hospitable and welcoming; this role is focused on relationship building to ensure the company becomes a partner with their clients for the long term.
3. Client visits (warm, soft sales).
4. Develop CRM strategies to engage customers at various lifecycle stages and define customer journeys to enhance experiences.
5. Use CRM tools and data to segment audiences, optimising campaigns to increase retention and customer lifetime value.
6. Plan, execute, and test email, SMS, and push notification campaigns, analysing performance to drive engagement and conversions.
7. Track KPIs like retention rate, churn, and ROI, and use insights for future marketing strategies.
8. Work with the marketing team to align CRM efforts with business goals, and manage automation tools for efficient communication.
CRM Executive Skills and Experience Required:
1. Proven experience in CRM and digital marketing.
2. A strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and email tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
3. Analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and Tableau.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in marketing automation, customer segmentation.
5. Knowledge of customer lifecycle management, retention strategies, and multi-channel marketing (email, SMS, push notifications, social media).
