Our Client, a rapidly growing online Menswear Brand based in Manchester central, is currently experiencing huge growth within the industry. As the brand continues to evolve, they are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join their team and contribute to their online presence.
The role:
1. Develop engaging and visually appealing content for the brand's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
2. Curate high-quality visuals and content that align with brand image and values.
3. Devise and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
5. Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Keep up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends across social media channels.
7. Optimize content for each platform to maximize visibility and engagement.
8. Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive user engagement and sales.
9. Work closely with photographers and stylists to produce high-quality product images that highlight key features and evoke the brand's aesthetic.
10. Assist on photoshoots and campaigns to generate quality content for the brand.
Skills Required:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 2+ years’ experience in social media or creative content for an online fashion brand.
3. Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
6. Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics.
