The Customer Logistics Team is responsible for all aspects of Order Processing and Order Management for Merchants, Stockists and other Bosch business areas, including export, staff and inter-departmental. We work with the wider Logistics departments daily and collaborate with many other Bosch business areas. We have a passion for providing excellent customer service and care to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for: Day to day your role as our intern will be to support the customer order process ensuring all orders are accurately managed, answer customer enquires via phone and email, resolving any issues that may arise, maintain daily reports and work as team to support your colleagues.
