We have an excellent opportunity available for a Senior Recovery Officer to join our proactive Recovery Team here at Wokingham Borough Council, on a full time, permanent basis. As the Senior Recovery Officer, you will assist the Recovery Manager in maximising income through the collection of Council Tax and Business rates, Housing Benefit Overpayments, Sundry Debts and Adult Social Care Debts, whilst providing high-quality, specialist advice to ratepayers and taxpayers. You will assist in the day-to-day administration of the Recovery Team, maintaining accurate and up to date customer records, ensuring information is communicated effectively to staff and members of the public where required.
