Your Role as Registered Manager
This role offers the perfect blend of strategic management & hands-on leadership. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring top-tier care while developing and leading a strong, motivated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure outstanding care delivery aligned with CQC standards
Lead and develop your team, managing performance and training
Oversee care packages from referral to review
Conduct audits, spot checks & maintain compliance with regulations
Build strong relationships with external agencies & stakeholders
Manage rotas, staff schedules & performance improvements
Take ownership of financial aspects of care packages
Participate in the on-call rota, ensuring /7 service reliability
Who We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience in domiciliary care Registered Manager
✔️ Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards)
✔️ Strong leadership & team management skills
✔️ Excellent knowledge of CQC compliance & regulatory standards
✔️ Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
