Key Responsibilities:
* Generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base
* Developing and executing strategic plans for town planning projects
* Overseeing and guiding the planning team to ensure excellent project delivery
* Maintaining high standards of work across all town planning activities
* Collaborating with the existing directors to steer the growth and direction of the company

Job Requirements:
* Solid experience in town planning, with a deep understanding of the sector
* Proven track record in generating and managing new business
* Experience in a director-level role or as an associate director looking to step up
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
