As Sales Operations Analyst within Optimised, you are responsible for analysing sales data, managing the CRM system, developing business critical processes, and providing support to the sales team, while also developing customer insights, optimising processes, and managing sales commission plans. You will ensure accurate reporting, enhance CRM usage, drive customer engagement, and collaborate across departments to improve sales performance and achieve business goals We understand that candidates have varying experiences, and it is unlikely that all aspects of the role description will be an exact match. Core Role Accountabilities: CRM Management System: Manage and maintain the CRM system, by performing regular data audits and clean-ups to ensure data integrity and accuracy, providing training and support on CRM Best Practice by creating user guides and conducting workshops whilst serving as the point of contact for CRM-related queries. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse sales data, monitor sales performance indicators and track sales metrics to provide insights on performance, identify trends, find areas for improvement and provide pricing insight to support the sales process, by generating detailed and clear reports. Management Information: Provide management information reports to senior leadership, and support strategic decision making by delivering actionable insights. Ensure data consistency and integrity by developing and maintaining key business intelligence tools and reports whilst working with Sales Managers to prepare forecasts, quotas and budgets and to identify areas for process improvement. Our team fosters a data-driven culture within the organisation by promoting the use of analytics in decision-making. Process Improvement & Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams across the business to streamline workflows, ensure seamless integration of sales and CRM processes, implement best practice, identify improvements and to align sales and CRM strategies. Communicate data-driven findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Performance Measurement: Evaluate the impact of sales campaigns and promotions, provide feedback and recommendations by developing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales and CRM initiatives whilst continuously monitoring and assessing the performance of sales, marketing and CRM practices Commission Plan Management: Administer the output from the CRM for Finance to report commissions against and collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure commission plans are compliant with company policies and regulations Other Responsibilities Keep skills up to date with skills and developments in the role/expertise. Convey real passion and belief in the business and support the drive to a net zero world. Provide a contribution to continuous collaboration and innovation. Support managers in the provision of Health, Safety and Wellbeing in the workplace. Adhere to company policy, guidelines and standard operating procedures. Ensure you act as a role model, work collaboratively, act professionally and enhance positive morale and well-being at internal/external events.
