Job Title: Damp & Mould Surveyor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Damp & Mould Surveyor to join our team at {company}, a leading Social Housing provider in the Worcestershire area.
About the Role:
This is a Hybrid working position, requiring an initial 6-month commitment. As a Damp & Mould Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough surveys and generating technical reports that meet our business needs.
Damp & Mould Surveyor Duties:
* Conduct comprehensive surveys to diagnose potential or existing damp and mould cases and propose necessary repairs.
* Analyze data and research findings to inform decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Develop and maintain accurate records of survey outcomes, including photographs and detailed descriptions of observed conditions.
* Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Damp & Mould Surveyor or related field.
* Strong knowledge of damp and mould assessment techniques, including survey protocols and best practices.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary range for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
