As a Trainee Customs Process Administrator, you will be responsible for processing client data, managing shipping information, and applying customs and excise duties and procedures. Trainee Customs Process Administrator duties include:
* Learning basic customs import formalities and procedures using SCDP (Special Customs Declaration Procedures).
* Operating Duty Management computer systems.
* Assisting with the day-to-day management of duty management accounts, ensuring compliance with authorisation and SOPs.
* Processing customs warehouse removals within compliant timeframes and maintaining stock records.
* Performing general office administration tasks, such as filing and recordkeeping.
* Liaising with HMRC, clients, and suppliers regularly.

Essential Qualifications:
