Our client is a world leading business in their field, based in Warwickshire, offering a bespoke service to meet the needs of their customers. They are now in search of an Office Manager, working on-site, full-time Monday-Friday. The successful candidate would have prior experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or PA. The candidate would be responsible for completing tasks such as director’s diary management, liaising with suppliers/internal departments, supporting with Health & Safety and managing both the sales & purchase ledger. Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the director’s calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
Support Director with administrative tasks, including answering the phone, responding to emails and minute-keeping.
Organise and oversee the office operations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
