If you're ready to take charge and make an impact in the world of security, we want to hear from you The Site Security Manager works at a senior level engaging with the client on a regular basis. You will be a tactical leader, accountable for driving and implementing projects through to their satisfactory completion, on time, on budget and against pre-defined objectives. You will lead a team of supervisors and security officers, ensuring appropriate standards of performance, conduct and behaviour are always displayed, motivating and encouraging the team, as well as setting strong moral and ethical standards. Key Accountabilities Advise on and implement security industry best practices; standardize processes for consistent service delivery. Maintain compliance with client contracts, laws, regulations, and company policies. Lead, motivate, and supervise the security team, ensuring high standards of performance and conduct. Ensure effective delivery of client security standards and maintain up-to-date site security procedures. Monitor and enhance security systems, including CCTV, intrusion detection, and access control. Manage daily security operations, deployments, and emergency responses to uphold site integrity and safety. Conduct incident investigations and provide detailed reports for management review. Oversee security system operations, ensuring functionality and timely fault resolution. Facilitate security training, inductions, and continuous improvement initiatives for team development. Ensure adherence to service level agreements, key performance indicators, and client expectations. Act as the primary liaison with site stakeholders, law enforcement, and consultants. Relationship Management: Oversee account development, planning, and financial performance, including cash flow and profitability. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and crisis management plans aligned with company standards. Ensure SLA compliance and maintain strong client relationships. Supervise security operations, risk analysis, audits, and closure of findings. Liaise with regional operations teams and manage Environment, Health, and Safety. Document, update, and align site security procedures with company standards. Plan and improve site security systems and infrastructure based on risk assessments. Maintain a dashboard to track KPIs, metrics, and benchmarks. Regularly engage with key managers to address risks, disputes, and training needs. Foster a positive, compliant environment and ensure the guard force adheres to all regulations and policies. People Management: Train and review the performance of Shift Security Supervisors and Security Officers. Monitor and ensure the Security Team delivers assignments effectively and consistently. Plan, organize, and schedule duties to optimize manpower utilization while maintaining control and flexibility. Oversee manpower planning and supervise recruitment for site security roles. Implement processes for approving and managing leave, absences, and overtime to ensure proper shift coverage. Health & Safety: Develop and implement efficient evacuation and roll call systems. Proactively manage and coordinate site EHS incidents and emergencies. Address significant EHS issues promptly and manage potential hazards. Conduct safety risk assessments for all security activities and enforce safe working practices. What We’re Looking For: SIA licence Holder, Ideally 5 year of experience in security or customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
