What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Account Management team, you’ll:
1. Manage existing accounts—you’ll be given a portfolio of clients to nurture and grow.
2. Upsell solutions by identifying opportunities to enhance customer value.
3. Renew contracts with existing customers and ensure their satisfaction.
4. Deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
5. Handle any issues that may arise during the customer’s contract period, ensuring a seamless experience.
