Our client is an impressive, long-established global asset manager based in the City. This is a Middle Office Operations Oversight opportunity, serving as the conduit between the front office and offshore administration teams with direct oversight of all trade processing activities for Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates experienced in trade settlement who are looking to gain more exposure across the entire trade lifecycle and to work closely with the Investment & Trading desks of a top-performing asset manager. Your attention to detail is crucial for reconciliation, cash flow, and cash management reporting and processing. Strong communication and influencing skills are also required to build relationships with the Front Office, offshore administrators, custodians, and counterparties. Working as part of a highly experienced and friendly middle office oversight team, you will act as an escalation point for the offshore operational administrators. Your responsibilities will be varied, overseeing the full trade lifecycle to include trade support, confirmation, and settlement of Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivative Trades. In this role, you will also gain exposure to EMIR & MIFID trade and transaction regulatory reporting. This opportunity is truly exciting for candidates with at least 12 months of trade settlement experience. It offers a chance to interact with the front office and gain valuable experience across middle office operations at a well-regarded asset management firm.
To be considered, candidates must have a degree and a minimum of 12 months’ experience in trade settlements gained from a financial services firm.
