WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
To become a Brickwork Lecturer in our Construction department, we need someone who is experienced in bricklaying and construction techniques, passionate about teaching and mentoring students, and knowledgeable about the latest industry standards and safety regulations.
The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities.
We have a variety of students from the surrounding area, and we are a welcoming and inclusive community that champions diversity and equality across our college.
Although this position is centred on our Redditch campus, all applicants must be prepared to travel to our other campuses or surrounding areas as required.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
* Teach across a range of programmes in Bricklaying and associated areas.
* Develop further courses in Bricklaying and associated areas.
* Take an active part in the recruitment of learners providing appropriate advice and guidance.
You will assist students in the classroom with understanding the activities set by the tutor, as well as supporting with spelling, punctuation, and mathematics.

* Computing, Including Digital and ICT
