JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY
A rewarding position which requires an individual to work flexibly and travel across Northern Ireland and also use their own initiative in a fast-moving environment.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Carry out responsive repairs to tenanted properties
2. Carry out works in void properties
3. Carry out gas and oil servicing as required
4. Itemize the work to be carried out in customers' dwellings and premises
5. Carry out the actual work to the high-quality standards that the organization expects
6. Uphold Data Protection Policies
7. Travel across Northern Ireland and Ireland as required
8. Undertake any other duty deemed necessary by Management, to ensure the efficient running of the business
Health & Safety
1. Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times
2. Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately
3. Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
4. Observe & follow all manual handling practices
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent
2. Must be eligible for OFTEC and on Gas Safe Register
3. Completed oil training courses
4. Evidence of gas courses either CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, MET1 or others
5. Completed and up to date Gas qualifications and either be gas certified
6. Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
7. Full UK Driving License
8. Experience in construction or plumbing and heating industry
