28 hours per week; however, this is negotiable regarding less or more hours, over 7 days Monday to Sunday, hours/days to be agreed.

Location: The Children's Society Shop, Tithebarn Street, Keswick, Cumbria. (parking space available).
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to work alongside the Shop Manager at our brand new shop in Keswick. Can you assist the shop manager in driving sales and work closely with staff and volunteers to deliver the best level of customer service? Do you have retail/management experience?
We require someone who has the ability to lead, is friendly, positive, and has a 'can do' attitude. It is important that you have good communication skills and can work with a diverse team of volunteers.
