Position Details:
* Roles Available: Final Inspection, Press Feeders, Stampers, and Assembly Operators
* Location: Redditch
* Salary: £12 - £13.33 per hour (Dependent on Experience) plus shift allowance
* Shifts: Rotating mornings and afternoons
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform tasks in a foundry environment, including final inspection, feeding presses, stamping, and assembly operations.
* Engage in heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
* Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements:
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in all roles.
* Experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment is highly beneficial.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts (mornings & afternoons).
