Honeycomb is thrilled to partner with a leading bank across Northern Ireland to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor based in Omagh.
This is a full-time, temporary ongoing position (35 hours per week), working Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. There is potential for this role to become permanent.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering a professional and friendly service to valued customers, helping them find the right banking solutions while ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers, providing tailored recommendations on products and services.
* Prioritise customer needs, ensuring excellent service and first-time resolutions.
* Promote digital and self-service banking options for added convenience.
* Accurately complete transactions, following all policies, controls, and procedures.
* Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a positive and efficient branch environment.

* Confidence using technology across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms.
