G39 is recruiting a Co-Chair for its Board of Trustees. This is a brilliant opportunity to help steer g39 into the future, in close collaboration with the team at g39 and fellow Trustees.
g39 is home to Wales’s largest artist-run gallery and creative community for the visual arts. Established in Cardiff but working with artists across Wales, g39 became a charity in 2019 and works as a bridge between communities, the public and artists.
We are looking for someone who is excited about engaging in our work. We are particularly keen to hear from you if you have experience in: people centred HR approaches, management in cultural sector organisations, charity finance and / or fundraising, contemporary visual art production.
You have:

* Strong collaboration and communications skills
* An openness towards non-hierarchical forms of leadership
Remuneration: As g39 is a registered charity, the role of Co- Chair is a voluntary one and is not accompanied by any financial remuneration. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
