On the Risk Management pathway, you’ll work with our customers to proactively prevent problems. If you like to change things for the better then this could be the route for you.
Job Description
Risk Management is all about preventing problems before they happen.
Instead of just waiting for something to go wrong and then dealing with it, our risk management teams work with our customers to avoid issues in the first place. For example, they might suggest simple things like installing better locks or a more effective alarm system. Or they might advise a business to conduct a health and safety risk assessment to protect their employees. It's all about being proactive and helping our customers stay safe and secure.
Join as an apprentice or associate in this area and you will learn how you can make a real difference in people's lives and help them avoid stressful situations.
From the moment you join us, you’ll be in a permanent position where you can own and drive your development. You will be homebased but will travel to the office regularly and throughout the region (maybe even further afield) visiting client sites! So, if you like variety, this could be the pathway for you.
