Application Support Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities
* Handle incoming support calls from customers, offering assistance and resolving issues.
* Monitor and respond to support tickets within the agreed SLAs.
* Analyse, diagnose, and resolve technical issues; escalate to the development team when necessary.
* Manage and track support issues using Jira until resolution.
* Install and customize applications for new clients.
* Conduct training sessions to onboard new users.
* Test bug fixes provided by the development team before delivering to customers.
Qualifications & Experience
* Passion for excellence and a strong interest in emerging technologies.
* Enthusiastic, hands-on learner who picks up new skills quickly.
* Familiarity and experience with:
o SQL
o Windows OS
o Databases
o Web Servers
o Remote access tools
* Experience with Jira (preferred but not required).
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in an agile, fast-paced environment.
You must possess excellent communication skills couple with a driving licence.
