What we are looking for:
* Journeyman certification or working towards it.
* Experience with residential plumbing service calls, water treatment, troubleshooting, and water heaters (tanks, tankless, and boilers). Hydronic/boiler experience is an asset.
* Proven experience in diagnosing & servicing residential units.
* A thorough understanding of provincial plumbing code and standards.
* Strong customer service skills and good communication skills.
* An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude.
* A valid driver’s license with a suitable driving abstract.
* Clear criminal background check.
* Be safety conscious and come with a willingness to learn.
What will you do:
We want our Plumbers to become masters of their trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment advising them on potential services or treatments that work for them.
* Complete general and specific plumbing inspections.
* Promote Right Time products and services on every call.
* Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need.
* Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
* Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle.
* Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
* Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
* An accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitude.
* The ability to work efficiently and effectively independently and cooperatively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work, and commissioning of plumbing elements in compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
* Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customer's home.
* Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.
* Contribute to our high standards of health and safety.
* Effectively mentor apprentices so they become well-rounded plumbers.
