If so, we want YOU to join our team About the Role: We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work closely with a student who requires additional support to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This rewarding role is based in a friendly and inclusive school in Doncaster, where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 tailored support, adapting learning materials to meet individual needs. Foster a nurturing and positive relationship to encourage confidence and engagement. Assist with classroom activities, ensuring the pupil remains focused and involved. Implement and monitor individual education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teaching staff. Support the child’s social and emotional well-being throughout the school day. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience working with children, especially those with additional needs (desirable). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning support. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Flexibility and a positive attitude to adapt to varying needs. Location: Doncaster Hours: Full-time, term-time only. Salary: £83.85 - £100 per day Why Join Us?
