Job Requirements:

* Min 5 years’ experience – proven track record
* CSCS card holder (preferable)
* DBS checked (preferable)
* First Aider (preferable)
* Knowledge of the Nursing Home/Health Care Industry would be an advantage
* Ensuring results of the verification process are accurately recorded on the appropriate certificates or inspection report
* Undertaking supervisory duties of employed persons to ensure they are competent and adequately supervised
* Having adequate knowledge, experience and understanding of the design, construction, maintenance, verification and/or inspection and testing procedures for electrical work
* Having adequate knowledge of applicable Building Regulations and Standards where relevant
Be able to demonstrate good general knowledge of the building industry.
Qualifications:
* Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (buildings, structures and the environment), includes integrated AM2 assessment of competence
* Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations
* Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671:2018
* City and Guilds 2377, Inspection, and testing of electrical equipment
* City and Guilds 2382 18th Edition Regulations
* IPAF/PASMA (preferable)
Remuneration:
* OTE an evening meal allowance
* B&B will be paid by the company (we do not expect operatives to share rooms)
* Company van provided (for permanent operatives)
* PPE is provided

Pay: £32,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
