Wallen Antennae is looking for an Administrator/ Accounts Assistant for their busy office.
This role is part-time Monday to Friday, 20 to 30 hours. (Negotiable)
£12 per hour to rise in line with minimum wage.
Ramsgate on premises
Responsibilities within this role would include:
* Managing admin mailbox
* Taking telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries.
* Checking and inputting invoices.
* Manage couriers and ship customer orders.
* Create quotes, follow up with customers, progress orders, and ensure that orders are fulfilled to their satisfaction.
* Raising purchase orders and ordering stock, looking to get the best price.
* Assisting with maintaining our website.
Key skills and experience
* Previous administration experience
* A can do attitude
* Team-oriented personality, who can also work independently.
* Efficient with Microsoft Office and accounts software packages.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills both over the phone and by email.
