We are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our central London Lettings Team, working in a hybrid model. The successful candidate will need to be outgoing, enthusiastic, and hardworking in order to have what it takes to progress and succeed in a leading property company. The Role: Lettings Negotiator (reporting to the Lettings Director) Our Lettings Negotiators are responsible for renting our lettings portfolio, ensuring that we achieve the best possible price, whilst also offering the highest standards of customer service. Our Lettings Negotiators are responsible for: Providing an excellent standard of customer service. Building strong and professional relationships with applicants to generate viewings and let properties. Making outbound telephone calls to leads on our database. Receiving and responding to inbound calls, internet, and email enquiries. Carrying out lettings’ viewings across London, analysing feedback and presenting to landlords. Proactively managing the deal progression process to ensure a seamless customer journey up until they move in. Ensuring that all written communication and documentation adheres to relevant legislation and meets consistently high standards. Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, issues, and key market developments. Key Skills / Qualifications / Behaviours required: Entrepreneurial-mindset with high energy and able to work independently or as part of a team. Passionate about property, customer service and hitting targets. Charm, perseverance, enthusiasm and hunger to succeed Defining priorities and organising yourself to be effective Being diligent in all aspects of the role Diplomatic and empathetic professional approach Experienced in negotiation and problem solving Effective written and verbal communication skills Must have a minimum of 2 years residential property lettings experience Good knowledge of the property industry and lettings compliance Willing to learn and desire to contribute to an innovative and forward-thinking business An ability to be self-motivated and driven whilst working remotely. Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple work streams. All applicants must hold a full valid UK driving license.
