We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Ashford based client, you will be the first point of contact for all customers receiving and processing orders whilst also providing administrative support to the wider team.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries regarding stock levels, delivery times.
Maintain customer records and accounts in the CRM system
Ensure invoices are raised accurately
Prepare quotes for customers
Monitor customer accounts for any changes or updates.
Troubleshoot any delivery issues, chasing the relevant parties and keeping the customer informed
Scheduling works with internal and external parties.
Assist with other administrative tasks as required.Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Knowledge of CRM systems.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
Able to work independently or as part of a team.
Benefits:
Salary : £25,000 per annum
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
