BAE Systems do offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however it is expected on our Industrial Placement programme you will be required to attend your site 3-4 days per week. Please note, this may be subject to change in line with the needs of the business. The hybrid working arrangements including which days you are required to work on site/remotely will be outlined by your line manager.

What you will be doing:
Working as part of our Air Sector Transformation team, as an Undergraduate you will help to develop the future workforce for the Sector, placing humans at the heart of our Digital Transformation work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Work as part of a cross-functional task-force to review how we can enable people undertaking key work packages to be at their best.
2. Assess the potential people and psychological impact of introducing new digital technologies and practices.
3. Conduct research and analyse organisational dynamics to identify opportunities for improvement across Air Sector.
4. Assisting in designing, testing and implementing Sector-wide initiatives that foster engagement, collaboration and innovation.
5. Collaborate across Functions and Lines of Business, working with leaders and teams to drive meaningful change.
6. Responsible for providing subject insights from the field of Organisational Psychology across our team’s activities.
Skills:
As a minimum requirement you’ll need to be on track to obtain a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology. To be considered for this role you must be returning to university to complete your degree.
