Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:
1. Financial Oversight: Oversee all financial controls, governance, and regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with industry standards and maintaining up-to-date practices.
2. Treasury and Cash Management: Lead the treasury function, with a focus on cash flow management, payables, and liquidity, to optimise the company's financial resources.
3. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Manage the preparation and review of timely financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
4. Cost Accounting: Implement and manage cost accounting processes tailored to production and manufacturing needs, supporting accurate product costing, margin analysis, and identifying cost efficiencies.
