Job Duties and Qualifications
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-A person to work within our busy facility at Montrose working primarily within the yard environment helping load and unload baskets including forklift operation, but also material control activities including goods receipt, goods issue and cycle counting.
Essential:
-Relevant experience working in warehouse/yard operations is essential as is experience in driving counterbalance/reach forklifts and ideally banksman slinger operations for large tubular products.
Preferred:
-Previous experience in working with SAP would be an advantage but training will be proved to the successful candidate.
The ideal person would have a strong work ethic, be equally at home working under their own initiative or as part of a team, having a "can do" attitude, have good communication and IT skills and be willing, after suitable training, to join the on-call team on a rota approximately 1 week in every 4 weeks if required.
