What is the role? The Channel Factory marketing team is looking for a creative and enthusiastic marketer that is Looking to lead a small but mighty team and work on several projects across all channels throughout the EMEA region. This role will: As the EMEA Marketing Sr. Manager/Director, you are implementing the overall marketing strategy and applying a localised approach that will be tailored to each of the EMEA markets. Your goal is to continue to build the brand in emerging markets and drive thought leadership and other campaigns in more established markets. Your overall goal is to support the accelerated growth of our business by assisting in key marketing campaigns/initiatives and work with the sales marketing team to supply client-facing teams with the activations that will add value to current and prospective clients. Responsibilities include: Execution of marketing plans across all EMEA markets Cross functional marketing planning, strategy & execution with local MDs and leadership team member s Alignment & consensus building with global leadership Work with the local marketing team members to deliver successful event strategy & execution for EMEA focused events including: logistics and set up, lead management, content creation, booth creation/management/storage, vendor management, onsite event management Liaise closely with other regional (EMEA, Asia, ANZ, South America) marketing leads to ensure global alignment Work with the local marketing team members to manage vendors for branding, signage, printing, swag, etc Work with marketing leadership for all localised PR strategy and execution across EMEA markets as well as support with management of all PR external partners Work with regional Sales Marketing lead strategy & execution across markets Localization of marketing materials for the local markets including working with translators/translation software Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and influencers Collaborate with central marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding Track and measure marketing campaign performance and adapt strategies as needed Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities Promote Channel Factory’s value to clients and the broader marketplace Work with local Sales Marketing lead on creation of sales marketing collateral like one sheets, decks, case studies etc Lead the creation, ideation, execution of large-scale client programs and proposals. Work closely with sales and strategy to deliver the best foot forward for Channel Factory when it comes to client proposals, influencer programs, tentpoles. Work with marketing/research to infuse sales enablement tools with data on their industry, vertical, and company. Help the sales and client solutions teams in creation of agency and brand launch and learn/roadshot content Help tell the story of Channel Factory’s programs after they’ve run to incentivise clients to return Skills required: Ability to operate in ambiguity and think like a client - what do they want? What is clear/unclear? Ability to push projects forward working cross functionally in scenarios in which there are many people involved. Run point as main POC Ability to work well in PPT, Google Suite Not needed? Design You do not have to be a designer, but you do have to be able to work with and guide the design team on what you need from them. You also need to be able to work well in PPT and put together a proposal without the input in design (sometimes). Ability to speak up You’ll need to be able to formulate ideas and back them up. Sometimes we like to kick the tires, to the ability to be able to back up your ideas, even with people more senior than you is needed. Innovative, hungry, outside of the box thinker Requirements: Be a hungry person that isn’t afraid to Google or try something new if you’re not sure where to start or how to do something Some B2B marketing or media agency background is helpful but not required Ability to work quickly, think fast, and run point on something end to end.
