Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will oversee the delivery of all products, managing a team of technologists, taking ownership of NPD projects, ensuring regulatory standards are upheld, and ensuring that product launches are successful. The Process Manager will also be responsible for driving process improvements and developments, liaising with customers and clients, and leading improvement plans. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment, experience in leading and inspiring a team, and a HACCP certificate is highly desirable. A qualification in Food Science or a similar subject is advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsibility for ensuring products are trialled successfully and in a timely manner for launch along with all the relevant documentation being in place.
* Responsible for the launch process/ critical path from NPD handover through to post launch review.
* Responsible for the progression and completion of the Recipe Professor Project workflow.
* Liaise with external customers, operations/supply chain/NPD & commercial to ensure the critical path is achieved.
* Own and drive process innovation including addition of new capability and refinement of current capability.
* Maintain close and effective cross-functional links between Process, Development, Technical, Operations and Continuous Improvement.
