Brook Street are proud to be working with an established company in the heart of Peterborough that are on the hunt for a Service Desk Analyst to join their expanding team.

Hours 9am - 5:30pm (Hybrid, 2-3 days WFH)
City Centre location - Peterborough
Skills & Duties
1. You will be responsible for providing front-line support to users within the business on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software, and peripherals
2. You will be responsible for documenting and resolving service tickets against an SLA
3. Be technically minded and have an interest in IT generally. (Experience within the industry not always essential as full training provided, but must have interest in field/hobbies etc)
4. Have a can-do, enthusiastic attitude!
5. Be able to work under pressure and at pace.
6. Have strong active listening
7. Possess strong communication skills and customer focused
8. Attention to detail and problem-solving experience
9. Willingness to learn and develop
