What will I be doing?
As a Senior Marketing Analyst reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, you'll occupy a critical role in the business by analysing marketing data across channels, identifying trends, and providing actionable and strategic insights to optimise marketing campaigns and business performance.
As part of your everyday role, you’re likely to be involved in the following:
1. Analysing and interpreting complex marketing data, including customer behaviour, campaign performance, and market trends
2. Focusing on marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, CRM, affiliates, and social media to ensure effective reporting
3. Collaborating with Data Science & Analytics and Performance & Pricing teams to improve conversion rates and maximise guest bookings and owner leads
4. Evaluating customer acquisition and retention strategies using data-driven insights
5. Developing and maintaining marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and measure ROI using SQL and data visualisation software such as Power BI and Looker Studio
6. Automating monthly and weekly reporting and providing in-depth analysis
7. Analysing website visitor behaviour and recommending ways to improve the conversion rate
8. Conducting A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and predictive modelling to optimise marketing strategies
9. Presenting findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and leaders
10. Staying updated with industry trends, marketing technologies, and data analytics best practices

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with:
11. Marketing analytics, data analysis/science, or similar role
12. Proficiency in data processing/analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, BigQuery, Google Search Console, Power BI, Looker Studio or similar platforms
13. Experience implementing and managing tracking pixels via Google Tag Manager
14. Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and customer segmentation
15. Sound understanding of key mechanics and metrics of Paid Search channels
16. Experience with A/B testing and data-driven experiments or optimisation techniques
17. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
18. Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
19. Adaptability in a fast-paced, changeable environment
20. Excellent organisational skills to meet deadlines
21. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
