Job Title: Client Account Manager
Salary: £35,000 per annum plus OTE
Location: Harlow and London (Field based)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 40 hrs per week - Monday to Friday - minimum three evenings per week, the role is a combination of office and field work.

Our client is an established provider of office cleaning based in Harlow, with a strong client base across London and the West End. They are now looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Client Account Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of our services to clients, ensuring we continue to exceed expectations and drive their ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the cleaning service delivery by overseeing team members' site attendance, resolving attendance gaps to ensure service continuity is maintained.
2. Accurate processing of payroll timesheets on the CRM system.
3. Manage your team on all aspects of their role - to include but not limited to the company policies and procedures. Ensuring they take ownership of their area of responsibility.
4. Provide regular structured feedback to your line manager.
5. Develop excellent client relationships by working in close partnership with them.
6. Arrange and attend meetings with clients to review existing service and identify new business opportunities.
7. Respond to client requests to deliver an efficient service and manage performance to the required standards.
8. Identifying and resolving any client issues in line with the company guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
1. Experience of managing customer relationships, customer success, and service delivery ideally in the cleaning industry.
2. Ability to manage, develop, and motivate your team.
3. Self-motivated with the ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
4. Experienced in managing multi-site cleaning contracts with the majority based in London.
5. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Experience of working with a CRM system.
7. Excellent time management skills.
