Role: "Key" Customer Co-ordinator
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire
Salary: up to £27,000
Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client are looking to recruit a Key Customer Co-ordinator. This role is a busy role and you can work on a hybrid work pattern 3 days in the office and 2 from home. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector.
The day to day duties in your new job will be….
§ Liaising with Key Accounts and other UK customers to ensure a prompt and accurate response to all correspondence received.
§ Resolve and respond to queries and claims promptly, accurately and legibly in line with the department service levels in order to facilitate payment
§ Provide business reports on the designated Key Accounts on a monthly basis
§ Monitor despatch performance of orders through the warehouse and assist in workload management.
§ Schedule, attend and manage regular meetings with Key customers including the production of minutes and control of subsequent action points
§ Maintain high standards of behaviour within the team, conducting oneself in a positive manner which promotes the Customer Service Department and company values
§ Possess a flexible attitude in order to cover functions outside of the normal remit, if circumstances require
