Early Years Lecturer
Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons to Early Years learners, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills.
2. Assess and support students to achieve their qualifications, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
3. Contribute to curriculum planning, ensuring it meets both academic standards and industry needs.
4. Inspire and motivate learners, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Essential Requirements
1. Proven experience in teaching and assessing within the Early Years, Education, or Health and Social Care sectors.
2. A relevant degree in Early Years, Education, or Health and Social Care.
3. A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a student-centred approach.
