Accurately record, review, and post journal entries. Conduct monthly and periodic bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data. Assist in the preparation of management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Monitor and analyse financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas requiring action. Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Provide assistance during audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries. Maintain accurate and organized records for all financial transactions and reconciliations. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar accounting role. Proficiency in accounting software (Sage 200) and Advanced Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
