They are seeking a personable and professional receptionist to become the welcoming face of their organisation. Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet and welcome visitors. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Keep the reception area tidy and presentable. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments. Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Professional attitude and appearance. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Excellent organisational skills.
