Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in the office with lots of travel around the UK
Are you a strategic and creative B2C marketing professional with a passion for food and beverage? We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to drive innovative marketing initiatives and enhance customer experience for a well-established business.
The Role:
As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering impactful marketing strategies that engage consumers, drive sales, and enhance brand presence. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* In-App Marketing to a range of demographics
* Manage digital marketing initiatives, including app-based software and on-site digital channels (screens, intranet, kiosks, etc.).
* Oversee menu planning, food & beverage promotions, and loyalty/CRM initiatives to increase customer engagement.
* Track and analyse marketing activity performance to inform future strategies.
* Work closely with culinary and retail teams to create and implement insight-led campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within B2C hospitality, retail, or a related industry.
* A genuine passion for food and beverage.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Strategic thinker with tactical planning and delivery experience.
* Excellent project management skills with a proactive and commercial mindset.
* Ideally a full driving licence and car (but not a dealbreaker, as long as you're happy to travel)
