Job Description
The Executive Culinary Director will lead our talented Catering team, overseeing all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading a team with proven ability to deliver high-quality results
* Experience within quality catering establishments, ideally within a similar environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with customers
* A creative and innovative approach to food preparation and presentation, incorporating seasonal ingredients and menus
* Monitoring food budgets and food spend to maintain efficient operations
